Brisbane Weddings

This year I’ve been photographing a lot more Brisbane weddings. In the last couple of years I’ve spent a lot of time in Maleny and I’ve decided that I need to spread my time out more evenly between city and country events.

I love the country and I’ve well and truly established myself in the hills and amongst the trees, but it’s become clear that if people don’t see more photography from my Brisbane weddings they won’t fully understand just how much I love it.

I am a Brisbane Wedding Photographer above all else. I am so in love with walking through the streets of Brisbane with a couple and/or bridal party. I also enjoy photographing people against the much harder lines of buildings and textured facades. The harder geometric angles of the city do such a great job of emphasising the softness of love. They also juxtapose beautifully against the femininity of a bride and her gown.

I’m a nut for symmetry and there’s so much more opportunity for that type of composition in town.

I’m looking forward to the rest of this massive year. I’ve secured a lot of bookings for 2018 – more than last year. Booking requests for Brisbane Weddings are also coming in strong for events in 2019 and 2020.

I’m also going to focus more energy into building my social media this year.
