Brisbane Wedding Photographer visits Eat Street Markets
When Dan and Alli booked me, one of their requests was to go to the Eat Street Markets to capture some photos after the ceremony. This excited me. I LOVE the chance to step outside the box and photograph things that are a little different – that wouldn’t normally be associated with weddings (ironic I know). If my clients share special memories that have been created at a particular location and want to have some of their wedding images captured there, I completely understand and it’s my duty to honour their request! When we arrived it was impossible not to notice the fascination in the air. Stall owners and patrons alike stopped in their tracks as Dan, Alli and the Bridal Party walked through the markets. Little did we know that we were the first wedding ever to visit and that’s why it seemed like such a novelty to everyone. Business owners would run over asking us to come and photograph in front of their stalls. This was great because it made us feel welcome and their hospitality made it so much easier for all of us to get into it and create! We were there for about 30 minutes before leaving to go and visit some other locations nearby, which I have also included a few images of here.
