Rob and Mel have been the most delightful clients. Like most of my client these days they booked me before they met me; which I always find very flattering.
When we got together for a meeting before the big day we hit it off straight away. It’s easy to imagine that things are going to go well on the wedding day when the meeting is so much fun. Rob and Mel’s chemistry was obvious even before the their big day. They were totally in sync – like they were always meant to find each other. OK, so I’m often a doubting Thomas and the often analytical side of me would argue that fate may be a fantasy – a poet’s explanation for why meeting someone can feel like kismet, but being in the company of Mel and Rob had me getting a little swept up by the romance of destiny.
When I work with couples who are so deeply in love I can’t help but think about how great life is! True happiness is real! I see it so often! I see people beaming from ear to ear and crying tears of true joy and it just makes me so thankful that I get to be a part of it. How could I ever doubt love when I’m surrounded by so much of it on so many days in each year.
Once again I got the opportunity to photograph at Weddings at Tiffany’s, Maleny and the images were great. Not just because we had a really cool Kombi to play with, or that every location we ended up at was beautiful, but because Rob and Melissa love each other sooo freaking much! I hope they’ll treasure their images and each other forever!
