My sister Amanda Duval and I recently went out to do a shoot together. You may be familiar with Amanda as she presents the national weather on TEN Eyewitness News.

We had originally planned to capture some frames at the Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens. But on the way, we realised the gardens would close before we arrived.

So we continued up the hill to find somewhere we could park – preferably with some grass, trees and backlight. The place we found was literally on the side of the road.

I was a little disappointed we couldn’t create the images I had originally planned in my head. Even so, I think we still did pretty well. Love you Mandy!
